Description: 

Characterized by its white flowers, greenish-bluish leaves, and tall undergrowth. In addition, also known for its fragrance. Part of the Rose family and is popular in Europe, Asia, North America, and Northwest Africa. These flowers bloom from late spring to early fall. They can grow up to around 4-6 feet tall. Grow best in full sun but is tolerant to tolerant of poor soils and shade.

Distribution/Location: 

Native to Eastern Russia, Korea, Japan, and Northern China.

Environmental Concerns: 

Invasive in some areas of the U.S.
